Heidi is the owner and creative director of Del Ray Wellness. She is
a 1998 graduate of Potomac Massage Training Institute in Washington DC
and also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Clinical Psychology
from George Mason University. During Heidi's studies in school she
managed a health food store for seven years where she developed her
knowledge of the benefits of whole foods and natural approaches to
health. Heidi was also employed for three years at Omega Institute
for Holistic Studies in Rhinebeck, New York where she was introduced
to various facets of holistic health.
Heidi has been in private practice for the past ten years using a
variety of massage therapy techniques including Deep Tissue, Sports, Swedish, Shiatsu, and Active Isolated Stretching.
Heidi's sessions integrate components from these various movement
disciplines as well as her wealth of holistic experience to design
treatment plans specific to each client.

Jennifer Krajewski graduated in 1992 from Appalachian State University, with a Bachelor of Arts in English and Communications. She has a diverse professional background which included working in the electronic publishing arena, the National Park Service and as editor-in-chief within the newspaper industry. Jennifer's interest and study in holistic health stems from the influence of her parents who actively pursued complimentary medicine, herbs, yoga and alternative treatments. As a result she spent her free time learning and studying alternative therapies throughout adulthood and was consistently drawn to its principles. Upon discovering the European study of Energy Kinesiology she found a philosophy that combined the current and historical knowledge of health practices from India, Asia, the United States and Europe, as well as a being a modality that produced dramatic changes in pain, stress, anxiety, mental discomfort and a wide array of physical issues that prevent a person from achieving their optimal health and wellness potential. In 2002 Jennifer opened her own complimentary practice in Alexandria as an Energy Kinesiologist and has experienced and witnessed the life changing benefits of Energy Kinesiology. Dr. Davenport enjoys empowering others to realize their personal goals. She earned her doctoral degree from The Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology (Rutgers University) following the completion of a clinical internship at the Suffolk University Counseling Center in Boston, MA. A generalist with 10 years of experience, she works with adults from ages 18 and up on a variety of concerns. These include depression, anxiety, bereavement, stress management, relational issues, and transitioning to and through college. Dr. Davenport's therapeutic style draws from cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused models, and she incorporates mindfulness and hypnosis where appropriate. She believes in working as a team to come up with individualized solutions and is delighted to be a part of Del Ray Wellness.

Tracy Brown

Tracy is a Licensed and Certified Massage Therapist and 2000 graduate of Baltimore School of Massage in Towson, Maryland. She specializes in deep
tissue work, but with a no-pain philosophy. She has also studied Reiki,
Sacred Stone Massage, Thai Massage and energy work. She incorporates many
elements of these disciplines into her practice with a goal to inducing a
state of deep relaxation for the client while still achieving the benefits
of deep muscle work.

Kevin established Trinity Wellness as a holistic practice dedicated to helping people gain spiritual and physical health and well being through the healing frequencies of The Reconnection®, physical balancing through cleansing nutrition and improved relationships through transformational coaching. Kevin discovered The Reconnection® after having worked with other modalities for many years. After experiencing the compelling effects of the frequencies on both himself and on his clients, Kevin now practices The Reconnection® and Reconnective Healing® exclusively. Trinity Wellness LLC is a nationwide practice located in northern Virginia, with local sessions available two days a week at Del Ray Wellness in Alexandria. Kevin will also be on staff at Reconnection® Seminars nationally and internationally during 2010.

Angela M. Oddone LCSW, psychotherapist and owner of Resiliency Strategies LLC, has practiced psychotherapy with individual adults and adolescents, couples, and families for more than 15 years. She uses a client-centered, strengths-based approach influenced by her training in psychosocial development and family systems. She received her MSW from Catholic University of America and her B.A. in speech communication from George Mason University.
In addition to clinical work, Angela contributes to resiliency initiatives for organizations, schools and communities. During her work for the National Education Association, funded by the US Department of Health & Human Services, Angela created a resiliency strategies platform for promoting resilience that The Pentagon selected for use with civilian employees after 9/11.
Angela's clinical work experience includes a private practice in Del Ray (1995-2005) and employment at Northern Virginia Family Service, Women's Growth & Therapy Center, Delaware Hospice, The Pentagon and the US Department of Veterans Affairs.
